First of all, I give God all honor and glory, who is in total control of my life and is my personal Saviour.. I like many Americans had a few credit cards and too much debt. I did go through a debt Relief program For a year, but that company did not help me at all and sad to say, they caused me serious financial stress. I'm 68 years old, single, and on a fixed income. I've never filed for bankruptcy. I've never even thought about it until now..l Didn't even know the different types of bankruptcy and I searched on Google what each one was. So I went into prayer and asked the Lord to help me choose the right bankruptcy and the right company to help me get through my ordeal. Upon my very first phone call from a Google search, this nice lady with a very calming voice answered the phone. And by further talking with her, I found out her name was Heaven. That right there in my mind, with a name like that, that was all I needed, and it was my confirmation from the Lord that I had called the right place, thank you, Jesus! I can tell you that I told her everything I was going through and how stressed I was and how I couldn't meet the financial burden that I placed upon me from the debt relief company, and myself over the years. She was very patient and kind listening to me carry on, reassuring me and understanding what I was going through. Heaven told me everything that I needed to know about chapter 7 bankruptcy. Heaven told me that I would be In contact with Angela at the Clean Slate Bankruptcy Group P.C. Sure enough the bankruptcy case manager Angela called me right away and we were able to get the process going to file bankruptcy. I can't say enough about Angela. She was very helpful, thoughtful, and understanding also and through all my questions and emails, She always answered me back right away Or as soon as she could.. She knew exactly what I needed to do and helped me through every process that I had to go through and made sure by checking on me that I stayed on top of everything she asked me to do.That was great! It wasn't long and I did fulfill all my prior requirements as requested of me. I did meet with the lawyer that was assigned to me Anthony Rothman. He was a nice man and he did also reassured me that he would be with me through the whole court process. l was given a court date, Mr. Rothman was there, I answered a few yes or no questions, My creditors did not show up.. My case was finalized! WOW I could not be any happier with Heather on the first phone call. With Angela and Mr. Rothman With the "Clean Slate Group P.C." in the end, helping me through this process.
